CSS Basics

About This Course

CSS is used to design the outlook of a webpage. Knowing HTML is not enough to create a full-fledged website as CSS is responsible for styling websites. Having a good understanding of HTML and CSS is useful even if you are not a web developer or web designer. This course will provide a fundamental understanding of CSS, starting with how to embed CSS code within HTML code and build on until you are able to style texts and change colors in order to design the website as you imagine.

In order to follow the instructions of this course, you must have a sound knowledge of HTML. We suggest that you complete our course HTML Basics before starting this course.

None.

Fees and Scholarships

This course has a fee of 2500 taka. However, the first 1000 students who sign up for this course shall receive full scholarship. There is no separate application needed.

Tahera Mohammad Salim Sarker is currently working as an Executive at BYLCx. Her core responsibilities include planning and designing content for BYLCx, managing its YouTube platform, and assisting in pre and post production of video lectures.

Tahera has completed her bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology from University of Greenwich as an overseas student. She completed her IGCSE and A levels from Bangladesh International School (English Section), Jeddah (BISESJ).

She regularly participated in MUN conferences and volunteered for underprivileged children’s education. She loves to travel outside Dhaka and read books in her spare time.
