About This Course

After receiving an interview offer by crafting an effective resume and a cover letter, you would usually face an interview where you have to convince your employer that you are as good in person as you are on paper. During an interview, an employer tries to understand your character trait, evaluate your past experience and skill, and enthusiasm for the company.

Drawing from the experience of working with dozens of companies in Bangladesh, Farah Chowdhury analyses some of the most common interview questions in this course. She answers why an employer asks these questions and what can be a good way to answer them. By the end of this course, you should be able to craft your authentic answers to the common interview questions.



Fees and Scholarships

This course has a fee of 2500 taka. However, the first 1000 students who sign up for this course shall receive full scholarship. There is no separate application needed.

Farah Chowdhury

Farah is working as the Manager in the Office of Professional Development (OPD) team at Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC). Farah is managing OPD’s initiative of training and placing youth in meaningful positions in private, public, and civil sector. She leads the professional development curriculum design and is one of the lead instructors in training professionals and fresh graduates with the 21st century skills for thriving in the rapidly changing job market. Farah is also overseeing the building of sustainable strategic relationship with external stakeholders for the purpose of creating opportunities for BYLC graduates.

Prior to working at BYLC, Farah worked for Standard Chartered Bank Bangladesh, Bangladesh Institute of Development Studies, BRAC University, and an accounting firm in USA. In her last role as a Project Manager, Farah closely worked with all internal and external stakeholders in successfully planning and implementing a project of prevention of aging of accounts receivables.

Farah competed her executive education in The Art and Practice of Leadership Development from Harvard University, USA. She earned her master’s degree in business economics from Brooklyn College, USA, and was awarded with the Brooklyn College Foundation General Scholarships Fund for outstanding academic achievements in 2014. During her bachelor’s in economics and finances at BRAC University, Bangladesh, she consistently secured performance-based scholarship and was awarded the Vice Chancellor’s Medal for obtaining the highest CGPA in the graduating batches of 2010.

Farah is a firm believer in leadership training and strongly believes that a quality education is vital in bringing about a positive change in the economy. She is committed to delivering a positive impact and a strong sense of commitment towards the nation through providing leadership education for the youth of Bangladesh.
