With over 8 years of experience designing and managing programs, he has worked with national and international partners—including the US Embassy Dhaka, Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and IKEA Foundation—to unlock the potential of students, graduates, and professionals to earn a decent income.

His expertise spans strategic planning, curriculum and program development, capacity building, and stakeholder management. Holding postgraduate degrees in Public Administration and Educational Development, he combines creativity and innovation with hands-on experience in diverse communities. Dedicated to equity and justice, he strives to drive meaningful change and foster opportunities for marginalized groups and young people.
