Terms and Conditions

Welcome to BYLCx, the online learning academy of Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC) , registered under the provisions of “ The Foreign Donations (Voluntary Activities) Regulation Act, 2016 ” with registration number 2686 .  These Terms and Conditions govern the users’ use of the BYLCx platform and services. The users agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions for accessing or using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms:

   - By accessing or using the BYLCx platform, users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If any user does not agree with any part of these terms, then that user may not be allowed to access our platform

2. Use of Platform:

   - A user must be at least 18 years old to use the BYLCx platform.

   - A user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her account and password and restricting access to his/her account.

   - A user must agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating his/her BYLCx account.

3. Intellectual Property:

   - The contents, materials, and resources available on the BYLCx platform, including but not limited to courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, and images- all are the intellectual property of BYLCx or its licensors.

   - Users may not modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works based on any content from the BYLCx platform without prior written consent.

4. User Conduct:

   - Users must agree to use the BYLCx platform for lawful purposes only and to comply with all the applicable laws and regulations.

   - Users may not engage in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or harms the operations of the BYLCx platform or its users.

5. Payment and Fees:

   - Payment for courses, services, or other offerings on the BYLCx platform may be required.

   - All fees associated with the use of the courses on the BYLCx platform are to be paid on time.

   - All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.

6. Privacy:

   -Users’ privacy is the most important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect the personal information of our users.

7. Limitation of Liability:

   - BYLCx and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the BYLCx platform by its users.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

   - BYLCx reserves the right to modify or update the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

   - The continued use of the BYLCx platform after any changes to the Terms and Conditions by a user, constitutes his/her acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law:

   - These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Bangladesh.
