Creative Thinking in a Rapidly Changing Workplace

Creative Thinking in a Rapidly Changing Workplace

One of the more common misconceptions about creativity is that it is an inherent trait and cannot be learnt. However, if you start to see creative thinking as a process which helps you communicate new ideas in an innovative and engaging way, look at problems from diverse perspectives, and generate novel solutions, you soon understand that creative thinking skills can be developed. You can train yourself to break away from routine and habit to tap into your creative self.
In this course, you will be introduced to a set of behaviors and techniques that will augment your ability to generate novel ideas or solutions to problems. You will learn what hinders us from being creative and how to overcome them. While some of the tools discussed in the course are suited to be used on your own, others work well for a group enabling you to facilitate group sessions for a better creative outcome.
